  Interior decoration nice and simple. Freshly cooked, mouth watering food. Especially lamb shank chilli balti and customer services were excellent.

  I've been ordering from here for more than 10 years and the food has usually always been nice. I do feel the quality has got worse in the last few years though.
  
  I ordered a side dish and paratha late yesterday evening and when I came to eat it the curry was not nice - they had used cheddar cheese instead of just paneer (that I had specifically asked for). I called today to explain and was told that they would not refund me and would not replace the paratha because there was no problem with that. Well, what good was the paratha to eat on its own when the curry wasn't good. The person I spoke to (apparently the manager) was rude on the phone, shouting over me when I was trying to explain and then he hung up on me, for the sake of not replacing a piece of bread that would cost them pennies to replace to keep a customer satisfied and apologise for their mistake.
  You've lost a faithful customer, I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Very disappointed!
