however I had a lovely stay recently! The two male staff I saw were both extremely friendly and kind and my room was clean and tidy and the shower room was spotless.
The bed was very comfortable and with crisp ironed white clean sheets.
For the money I am very pleased.
It's not very sound proofed so earplugs are a must but I have found this in pretty much every hotel I've ever stayed!
